Twenty-plus years of keeping enterprise systems running — courts, schools, and now a distributed security team — with a background in SIEM-driven threat detection, incident response, and infrastructure support.
I'm an IT professional with 20+ years of progressive experience spanning security operations, systems administration, enterprise application support, and infrastructure. I currently work as an Information Security Analyst at CRH, using Splunk SIEM for threat detection, alert triage, and incident response across a distributed enterprise environment.
Before security operations, I spent eight years supporting the Superior Court of California — hands-on experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Tyler Technologies, and direct support of judges, attorneys, and court administrators in a compliance-driven, zero-margin-for-error environment. Before that, K-12 IT support for a large school district taught me the fundamentals under pressure.
I'm an experienced technical lead and mentor with a track record of advising support teams, driving documentation standards, and delivering consistent service under strict uptime and compliance requirements. I'm now seeking a remote supervisory role where that technical depth and people leadership can drive team performance and service quality — while continuing to build toward deeper offensive security skill through CTF and independent research.
